You needn’t go without your favourite food, but you should eat a salad and vegetables and fruit every day. Put an apple or a banana in your school bag every morning. 4. You should drink a lot of water every day. Don’t drink too many sweet drinks. They have got a lot of sugar in them. 5. You should exercise three or four times a week for thirty minutes. Go outside and run or ride your bike. Fresh air is good for you! You must eat healthy food. You mustn’t eat too little. You needn’t feel hungry.
