It’s more important to enjoy the courses. Students should be at LIPA for two terms before they do any exams. Tell me about the courses. LIPA offers courses on Saturday mornings in three subjects: singing, acting and dancing. Most children do all three courses. Even kids who say they can’t sing usually enjoy the singing course. Is there an audition? There is no audition for LIPA, but you must fill in an application form. You can download this from the LIPA website. Do I need to practise between lessons? I’m very busy at school … It’s great if you can practise once, twice or even three times between lessons.
