Do not use too much animation . It will distract your audience from the content. Do not put too much information on a slide. 4–5 points per slide are enough! Use key words and phrases instead of long, complex sentences. End your presentation with a summary of the main points you raised. If you have graphs to illustrate your points – show them! But do not forget to give them a title ! If you want to use colour , do this rarely and only to emphasise a point. It should be a colour which is in contrast with the background.
