It has a beginning and an end. It is the only 1-D shape . A 2-D shape has length and width , but no depth. It can have edges and corners, but only in one plane. A 3-D shape has length , width and depth . Most of them have faces, edges and corners. All 3-D shapes are solids. Two-dimensional shapes Three-dimensional objects A square has four equal sides.
