Rank them from 1 to 10 (1 = least important). Always use your spell check. Use correct grammar and punctuation. Read through your email before sending it. Always start your email with a greeting and end it with a farewell. Don’t write in capital letters, it looks like you are SHOUTING. Don’t use too many exclamation marks!!! Don’t leave the subject field blank. Keep emails as short as you can. Keep to the subject (it may be better to write separate emails to discuss different topics).
