Amelie is very angry with Noah. “Why are you still here?” she says to him. “You know I’m not very good at doing magic tricks!” says Noah. Then Amelie says to the people, “Of course magic tricks often go wrong the first time … er, let’s try again.” She closes the door and repeats the magic word. “Abaracadbra!” Then she hits the box three times with her magic wand. “Disappear!!” She opens the door the second time and … there is Noah inside it again! Then a third clown stands on the other clowns’ shoulders and juggles five balls. They are very good, but they are not very funny. The people clap, but they want to laugh. Next, it’s Amelie and Noah’s turn. The coach brings a very big box into the ring. Amelie is very nervous. “H … hello … my name is Amelie the magician, and this is my assistant, Noah.” Then Amelie opens the door of the box and says to her assistant, “Step inside the box, please, Noah.” – “But Amelie,” Noah begins to say. “I can’t remem- …” The people wait. “Step inside the box please, Noah!” Amelie repeats.
