Caring for our relatives The deforestation of our planet is (0) major problems for many species that make the forest their home. Happily, there are some organisations which work hard every day to rescue animals in danger and (1) them from extinction. One of them is International Animal Rescue (IAR) , which runs a programme to rescue orangutans in Indonesia. Orangutans spend the majority of their lives in the treetops in relative safety.
