If you’re (0) to experience some fun outdoor activities, you have found the right place. If you like to get active or maybe you like putting your mind to the test, we have a range of fun activities to suit your needs. Are you 14+ years? If so we’d love to help you to book an exciting event here in a beautiful South Devon Valley. We take bookings (1) programmes which can include a stay in our on-site accommodation with an evening meal in our dining and bar area. Most activities are for groups of 6 or more, although the clay shooting can be for individuals. How about clay shooting, archery or raft building and quad bike safari just to get started? After lunch, it’s the paintball games in our action-packed wooded site and if you’ve still got the energy, go for a quick descent over the trees on the hyperslide and (2) the restaurant and lounge. The introductory archery experience starts with a few practice arrows with tuition1 to warm you up. Following the warm up, your teams will compete in a variety of challenging games. Sessions can be both indoors and outdoors – weather-dependent. All skills and abilities welcome with experience or none at all, this activity is all about staying calm under pressure and hitting (3) ! Raft building: Within a given timeslot, your teams must build a raft with the equipment provided and then head down (4) to test your creations. If you have done a good job, your team should be able to complete the race around the buoy2 at the far end of the lake, competing against the other team/s. Team challenges: We have created three challenging activities for you, from (5) physically demanding tasks. Aggravator puzzles and activator puzzles are a series of mentally challenging, logic based, team-orientated puzzles. Each puzzle requires a different skill. In the treasure hunt, your teams will follow a series of challenging clues around the Ashcombe Adventure Centre grounds, finding answers to the questions & riddles, and (6) en route.
