Campaigns about going alcohol-free for some months are well established, but the decision to stop drinking on a longerterm basis is also growing. With initiatives like Dry January and Go Sober for October now commonplace in the UK, alcoholfree alternatives are becoming increasingly popular. But leading a non-alcoholic lifestyle doesn’t have to be limited to certain months of the year.
